LED special-shaped screens have high requirements for RD capabilities and production processes
Compared with conventional indoor LED displays, LED special-shaped displays pay more attention to structural breakthroughs. At present, LED special-shaped screen modules mainly have fan-shaped, arc-shaped, circular, cylindrical, and triangular structures. Compared with conventional LED display screens, LED special-shaped screens are biased towards users with special needs, and are currently mainly used in performing arts venues, outdoor media, exhibition hall squares and other environments. As LED special-shaped screens have different appearances and different structures, the technical requirements for manufacturers are more stringent. If the manufacturer's technology is not good enough, the spliced LED screen will have many problems such as uneven appearance due to excessive seam gaps and discontinuous splicing surfaces, which will affect the viewing effect and destroy the aesthetics of the overall design. More importantly, the design of the circuit and structure of the LED special-shaped screen is complex, which places high requirements on the RD capabilities of manufacturers.

The emergence of special-shaped modules makes LED special-shaped screens have better styling capabilities
For a long period of time, LED special-shaped screens have been realized by traditional rectangular flat module assembly or wrapping. Common LED special-shaped screens are large arc curved screens and flat circular screens. When the arc of the display screen is very small and the display form is more complicated, the seams and flatness cannot be solved well, resulting in inconsistent display, mosaic and other issues, making the overall effect of the display poor. In response to this problem, some manufacturers have developed special-shaped modules such as triangles and trapezoids, which can be assembled into a variety of regular or irregular geometric LED displays such as spheres, diamonds, gems, and stars.

Nowadays, in the LED display market, in addition to the traditional information display role, consumers' requirements on appearance are also further improved, and the birth of special-shaped LED displays can meet their requirements.
LED special-shaped screens are transformed into special-shaped screens on the basis of traditional display screens. It is a display screen that is non-curable and non-replicable, and is based on every order. Compared with the conventional LED display, it is characterized by being able to better adapt to the overall structure and environment of the building, and the size and dimensions of the screen can be customized according to requirements. At present, LED special-shaped screens mainly include fan-shaped, arc-shaped, spherical, cylindrical, triangular, cubic, and conical structures. It is understood that the current domestic LED special-shaped screen market is more inclined to users with special needs. The current application range of special-shaped screens is gradually expanding, but it is mainly used in performing arts venues, outdoor media, exhibition halls and squares.
Because the special-shaped screen is a novel display, it is a wonderfully embellished display that can set off the atmosphere and decorate the environment. It is an advertising weapon that attracts thousands of eyeballs at the forefront of consumption. Whether from individual merchants to large-brand manufacturers, they can use LED special-shaped screens to attract more customers, introduce products, highlight their products and decorate the environment, which will surely create greater wealth for businesses in the future. Therefore, in the next few years, the market demand for such LED shaped screens will become larger and larger, and the LED display industry will get better and better. There will also be more and more users using LED shaped screens, and they will gradually enter the industry in the future. The frontier.
As a relatively novel form of display, special-shaped screens have their unique display charm, and more and more people will recognize its superiority in display. Coupled with the diversification of products to meet the individual needs of customers, more and more users have recognized the special-shaped screens, which is also an indispensable factor for LED special-shaped screens to enter the mass market.
For LED companies, when making special-shaped screen products, they do not have to be comprehensive and comprehensive, but they must form their own unique style and characteristics to enhance the creative space of the company.
It can be seen that the special-shaped LED screen can meet the needs of more modern decoration, landscape and lighting construction, and bring a bright future to the city.
